Siili is a reliable digitalization partner of its customers in their most important projects. That's why we always require our partners to have similarly high competence, commitment, ethics and productivity as other Siilis. 

Our contracts are fair, assignments are typically long lasting and full-time. Good work is rewarded with a proper pay.  

Our story

Siili Solutions Plc has been making IT real since 2005. It all started with pack of Java experts and a few finance industry customers. Today Siili employs over 850 permanent professionals in 7 countries providing innovative digital solutions and services for leading customers in many industries. 

Siili One Ltd is a 100% owned Siili subsidiary, founded in 2019 to be an ultra lean home base for Siili's entrepreneur-minded very senior top professionals as well as for subcontractors from Siili's growing and competent partner network.

Currently Siili One directly employs every tenth (80) of all Siili professionals and employs, in addition, over 200 contractors to work side by side with Siili employees in Siili's customer projects.
